Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Visit vtpcommunity.com and scroll down to the Sign Up section. Enter your username, email, and password to create your free account. You can also add your full name, phone number, and country for a complete profile. After signing up, you'll be logged in immediately and can start exploring.
How do I install the app on my phone?
Open vtpcommunity.com in Google Chrome on your Android device. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner and select "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App". The VTP Community icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to launch the app — it works like a native app with full-screen experience.
Is VTP Community free to use?
Yes! VTP Community is completely free to sign up and use. You can create content, follow creators, join communities, go live, and message other users — all at no cost. There are no hidden charges to access core features.
How do I set up my profile?
After logging in, tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation. Tap "Edit Profile" to add a profile picture, bio, website link, and other details. A complete profile helps other users discover and connect with you.

Creating & Sharing Content

How do I upload a video?
Tap the + (create) button in the bottom navigation bar. Select a video from your gallery or record one using the built-in camera. Add a caption, music, filters, and effects. Set your privacy preferences and tap "Post" to share it with your audience.
What is the maximum file size I can upload?
You can upload files up to 2GB in size. This allows you to share high-quality 4K videos, long-form content, documentaries, tutorials, and more without worrying about compression or quality loss.
What video formats are supported?
We support all major video formats including MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM, and GIF. For photos, we support JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and WebP. You can also share stories, text posts, and live streams.
How do I go live?
Tap the + (create) button and select "Go Live". Add a title for your stream, set the audience, and tap "Start Live". Your followers will be notified instantly. During the live stream, viewers can comment, react, and interact with you in real time.
Can I add music to my videos?
Yes! We have a library with thousands of licensed tracks across every genre. While editing your video, tap the "Music" icon to browse, search, and add songs. You can trim the music to fit perfectly with your video.

Account & Settings

How do I change my password?
Go to your profile, tap the Settings icon (gear), then navigate to Account > Change Password. Enter your current password and your new password. Tap "Save" to update. We recommend using a strong, unique password.
How do I make my account private?
Go to Settings > Privacy > Account Privacy and toggle on "Private Account". When your account is private, only approved followers can see your posts. People will need to send a follow request that you can accept or decline.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your decision. Once deleted, all your data, content, and profile information will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
How do I block or report someone?
Visit the user's profile, tap the three-dot menu (⋯), and select "Block" or "Report". Blocking prevents them from seeing your profile or contacting you. Reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours — the reported user won't know who filed the report.

Communities & Groups

How do I create a community?
Go to the Communities tab, tap "Create Community", and fill in the details — name, description, rules, and privacy setting (public or private). You can also set a cover photo and assign moderator roles to trusted members.
How do I join a community?
Browse or search for communities in the Communities tab. Tap on any community to see its details, members, and posts. Tap "Join" to become a member. For private communities, your request will be reviewed by the admin before approval.

Troubleshooting

The app isn't loading properly. What should I do?
Try these steps: (1) Clear your browser cache and cookies, (2) Close and reopen the app, (3) Check your internet connection, (4) Try using a different browser (Chrome is recommended), (5) If the issue persists, contact our support team.
My video upload keeps failing. How do I fix it?
Make sure your file is under 2GB and in a supported format (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM). Check your internet connection — a stable Wi-Fi connection is recommended for large uploads. If the problem continues, try uploading a smaller file first and contact support if the issue persists.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?". Enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Click the link and create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Why can't I see my posts or followers?
This could be a temporary sync issue. Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists for more than a few minutes, contact our support team — we'll investigate and resolve it quickly.
