1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using VTP Community (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including content creators, viewers, and visitors of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use VTP Community, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Retain ownership of all content you create and upload
• Grant VTP Community a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform
• Confirm that you have the right to share all content you upload
• Agree that your content may be viewed by other users based on your privacy settings

Content Restrictions

You must not upload, post, or share content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing material
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups
• Contains explicit adult content without proper age restrictions
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Spreads false or misleading information
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Platform Usage Rules

When using VTP Community, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect other users and their content
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or private information
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform without permission
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Not collect or harvest user data without consent
• Follow our Community Guidelines at all times

6. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The VTP Community platform, including its design, features, functionality, branding, logos, and technology, is owned by VTP Community and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Cookies & Tracking

VTP Community uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in and maintain your session
• Remember your preferences and settings

9. Termination

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and content will be permanently removed from the Platform.

VTP Community is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times, though we work diligently to maintain high availability and security.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTP Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to VTP Community, if any, during the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification
• Give you reasonable notice before changes take effect

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
